Subject: 30th Year Class Reunion weekend
Reunion Dates: September 2, 3 and 4, 2011 (Labor Day Weekend)
Dear class members,
We are well on our way in planning for our 30th year Class Reunion. We are meeting once a month on the second Tuesday at the police department at 5:30pm. The activities being planned are: a weekend in Milledgeville. This will begin on Friday night with a Get Acquainted Event and Dance at the Baldwin County Recreation Department. Saturday morning, we will have a family Cookout for class members and their family - (at Georgia Powers’ Plant Branch Recreation Area). Saturday night, dinner and dance at the Baldwin County Recreation Department. The weekend will wind down with the class attending church together at a member’s church on Sunday.
We’re not stopping there; for all interested class members, we are organizing a class trip, chartered Bus to Myrtle Beach, SC for four days, leaving on Monday of the week following the reunion. Bus transportation is separate from cost of the reunion; hotel will be class member’s responsibility. Room rates: Standard Ocean view room $80.00 per night, Standard room is $65.00 per night.
Each member planning on attending the reunion is being asked to pay $100.00 per class member for the 3-day reunion weekend. This includes a class T-shirt, drinks at each event, and attendance to all of the wonderful activities we have planned. Please submit a $25.00 non-refundable deposit by June 17, 2011. Make checks payable to: Baldwin High Class of 1981. We hope that you will make your plans early for our reunion. Come and be part of the socializing and fun planned for this wonderful event.
It is important that we have as accurate a number as possible of those that will be attending the reunion. Please return this form to the address below, or a member of the organizing committee, if you are planning on attending or would like more information by April 15, 2011. Please indicate the event you are interested in participating in by checking the appropriate box below.
